Prices 2026/ 2027

1. Prices are based on up to 9 Persons sharing.

2. The pool is heated from November to March inclusive.

    Heating can be arranged outside these months, at a charge of €80 per week.

3. There is an extra charge for the Living Room Air-conditioning, of €80 per week.

     All bedrooms in Casa De Rossi are fitted with ceiling fans and there are also two free standing fans.

The Air-con, can be arranged with the house Management when you arrive, if you decide to go ahead with this.

4. There is a complimentary welcome pack placed in the house which consists of bread, milk, water, tea, coffee,

etc on your arrival.

 5.  A refundable deposit of €500 to cover damage / breakages will also be due upon confirmation of the booking, and will be returned to the client one week after the holiday, assuming that no damages, breakages occurred

 or additional cleaning is required after their stay.
