Interior: Our spacious, single storey house is beautifully furnished in a contemporary, comfortable style.
The large open plan living area incorporates a formal dining table and has patio doors leading to the pool area. There is a separate kitchen which has everything required for a self catering holiday, even an extra fridge for Beers, and a separate utility room with a washing machine and dryer.
The house has four spacious bedrooms, all of which have built-in wardrobes and ceiling fans, comfortably sleeping 9 people.

Bedroom #1 The master bedroom, has a double bed, fitted wardrobes and an en-suite, which has a bath with an overhead shower, toilet, marble vanity unit and bidet.
Bedroom #2 has two single beds and a fitted wardrobe.
Bedroom #3 has a double bed and a fitted wardrobe..
Bedroom #4 has a single bed, a large bunk bed and fitted wardrobes.
Bedrooms 2,3 and 4 all share a large family bathroom, which is also fitted with an a bath, toilet, marble vanity unit and a stand alone shower.

Exterior: The exterior of this detached house is surprisingly large.
There is a step at the front gate when entering the garden, and another step down to the path leading to the front door.
Patio doors from the living area lead to the pool and sunbathing terrace. The 8 m x 4 m electrically heated pool ( Only Inc. during off peak times) is accessed by Roman steps and is surrounded by a large patio area. The measurement of Pool without steps is 3.9m X 7.8m. Depth 1.1m in shallow end and 1.7 in Deep End.
There is a Large Pergola for those who prefer the shade.
A smaller shaded Pergola with a Wendy house for the younger ones.
There is a barbecue and plenty of patio dining furniture to ensure all guests can enjoy alfresco dining.

Steps to the side of the house lead to the magnificent roof terrace.
This offers an excellent area for more private sunbathing and has fantastic views of the golf course and towards the sea.

The Living room has remote controlled Air Conditioning (additional charge for this) and Ceiling fans in All Bedrooms.
An "In House" locked safe in the main bedroom.
