 Weather

 Fuerteventura offers a perfect all year round climate. Near to the dry and hot West African coast but combining this with   cooling onshore winds, we enjoy stable and 'Spring like' temperatures throughout the year.

 The average daytime temperature here in Fuerteventura remains constant at around 20°C all year round, which obviously   is a huge attraction for the holiday makers! The water temperature ranges between 17°C and 23°C, the coldest time being   January and February and the hottest August and September.

 In addition, on Fuerteventura we enjoy over 3,000 hours of sunshine every year.

 Infrastructure

 Fuerteventura is one of the less developed of the Canary Islands after Gran Canaria, Tenerife and Lanzarote and still offers   a good balance between well-serviced accommodation and unspoilt beauty.

 The capital is Puerto del Rosario, with a population of just under 40,000 and Fuerteventura's airport is located a few miles   to the south of the capital. Most major air carriers fly to the island.
